Have you guys ever had a really great friend? I mean like… A best friend. You two were inseparable. You were always each other’s first choice, no questions asked and there was merriment and fun to be had. And then you don’t realize it, but someone else shows up. And you’re left in the dust. And now every conversation you have with them sounds more like a “Remember when..?” or an apology. I miss you. I really do. And sometimes I wish you’d miss me too.
